its a situation someone i know is in and she wants to know how she should deal with it knowing he is the one whom gave it to her.and she just wants to cut his cock off . but dont want to go to prison because no man is worth that.

In the first place get those thoughts out of your head or you'll be where he should be. Go to the County health department and report it, turn him in and then let them do the work.
In the meantime watch yourself next time around, carry your own condoms if you have to to be safe and refuse to have sex without them.

Don't cut his **** off, it should fall off by itself sooner or later, and that would be worse for him as it would be for your friend going to prison.
Patience is a virtue, my advise to you (for your friend) would be to be more cautious when it comes to sexual activities, I know it is not easy to now who has STD and who does not, and i also realize that when the time is right, the temptation is hard to resist. Self discipline is the keyword i think, one must be prepared and aware about sudden sexual activities, (just to say NO!) could change the future and the person saying no's life for the better. Of course there is protection against STD, but then again if we look on the reality side of STD, protection is but just a soothing word for the one wanting to participate. If your friend really feel abused (which could sometimes be the case), legal action could be taken towards her partner who has given her the disease. I suggest your friend find out more about STD, and her rights regarding abuse involved with deformation of character (a local solicitor would be fine) or the library could also be of some help.

Tell her to call him and tell him go see the doctor. Alot of men don't even know they have an STD since most of the time men have little or no symptoms to begin with-and you know like I know, men don't have the habit of going to the doctor without reason. If he's an @ss about it, I say cut 'it' off...lol...

well you can sue him you know.. if he has anything of value... take his *** to court for homicide.... because think bout it...sooner or later your going to die thx to him. most likely 15 years down the road you might die..but don't worry im sure we will have a cure by then :P
or you could go about and humiliate him by writting his full name on the internet and have awebsite devoted to him and publish it on sites and send out fliers to the address of the site and such :P

Many STD's lie dormant for long periods of time, she needs to be also be aware, she may have given it to him!
