Yes it is! When I was 19 I planned to marry someone who loved me and that I truly loved. I planned to have children and a relationship with God. I planned to have a home on a hill with a fireplace to snuggle by with my husband and children. I have achieved all that. My children are now grown and I still am in love with my husband as he is with me and my plans for the future are to continue loving, my husband, my children and their children and to snuggle with them all in front of that fireplace in our home on the hill. Is life without problems? No, that can't be, but we can plan and work towards our dreams and goals, that's living!

No, i think its better than i planned it. I always wanted to be happy but when i was in my late teens i found out i was pregnant and had my son and i had a few dark years of my life as a single mum. If i'd have known then what i know now i wouldn't have been so down. Met my wonderful fiance, my son is the most kind beautiful son i could ever wish for and we have a beautiful home. So no, it didn't go as planned, I always wanted to be happy and meet someone special but i didn't realise it could be this good.

No .... and I refuse to believe if anyone says yes. Life as such is more alive than we and our intentions are. Life changes with every passage of time but we are unable to keep pace because we develop some rigidity in our thoughts and ideas which gives us personality. There are so many factors outside our control which influence our life...... as a result, we learn to accept things as they come....... this then further leads to lack of control on our life..... and this vicious cycle keeps feeding itself like a multiplying virus and by the time we sit back to reckon where we are compared to what we wanted at the beginning, it acquires a totally different shape altogether.

But then that is what life is all about..... had it been entirely within our own control, it would have been dull and boring to the bone!!!

No actually, it's nothing like I planned. It's a lot better than I expected it to be as a child. I always thought I would be unhappy as an adult, but Thank God, I am very happy with my life and the person I have become today.

No, neither was it what I was expecting either! What is more I did not realise I had expectations until they were not fulfilled. As for plans, I seemed to be too busy coping with what I was not expecting or had planned!! Even now!
I didn't really wake up until my early twenties, and am still growing in awareness. Didn't plan it though.

'Fraid not either here. So much has gone badly that I never would have anticipated or really planned for, given the information that was available to me at the time. I still have some goals, but they seem damn hard to achieve, given that so much of achieving them is dependent on the actions of other people.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Life is not just about planning, but undergoing it. It's up to us, to do or not. Just like what William Shakespears once said, "to be or not to be". If you plan to be a rich person, work on it. If not, keep dreaming. Planning could be important, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail".

hmm no, but things hardly ever go as you paned. Instead even better things pop into your life. I guess in depends on which light you look at it.
My husband is a pessimist, so things are going worse than planned.

I am 43. I have not worked for two years I lost my job, wife, son and dog. I have no house no car and I am £50,000 in debt. I love it when a plan comes together

There never was a plan, every-time I came up with one it would clash with someone else. So, I am what I am..un-planned and out of the hands of someone other than God.Thanks for your Q.
