Has wnyone out there ever seen any proof or this?

I think it would be a good way to go for them but I do not know if they do this or not.

Do a search on "Super bills" these were conterfeit $100 USD bills that were nearly undetectable and began appearing in the late 1980s. The FBI traced their origins back to North Korea. They were the reason for the redesign of US currency, starting with the $100 bill, to include additional security features.

It's possible. North Korea would like nothing better than to float billions of fake U.S. currency into the global markets and destabilize the American economy. Of course, George W. Bush is doing that all by himself these days, but it never hurts to get a little help from outside sources. -RKO-

It's nearly impossible to say for sure where the bulk of counterfeit currency is produced but it does seem to turn up mostly in that region. I'd say that they are most likley stupid enough to accept fake cash in exchange for goods and services.
