ctrl+shift+c type aging_off(u wont get old) or aging_on (u will get old) -

Well, I'm not sure about Sims SKILLS, but there are a couple other cheats for Sims 2 that could greatly help you out. First, press CTRL, SHIFT, C, and a long box should appear where you can type. Then, type in MOTHERLODE, and you will get $50,000 every time you enter it. Also, type in aspirationlevel 5, and their aspiration will go up all the way.

Is it pc version?
If so then this is what you do. In the neighbourhood screen hold CTRL + SHIFT + C. A little dialogue box will appear at the top of the screen. Type in this: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
Type it exactly like that including caps and spaces. Then when you go into your sims house you can manually drag thier skills up or down. You can also drag their moods and relationships up.

i dont know about the skills one ...
but i know the code to get your sims $1000 each time u put the code in ....
Crtl+Shift+C then type in Klapaucius
