A manu fan asked how he could get tickets to a game and I replied
"ask anyone in London if they want to sell theirs"...is that not funny? Surely it would save a lot of time and trouble travelling up the M1/M6 like a lot of manu fans do.

i dont think so, mind you Im not sure that most of the United fans you see on TV, hear on radio or elsewhere are represetntative (at least Ihope not) most seem pig ignorant humourless t1ts.
I do know some united fans who aren't though... I suppose its in the eye of the beholder. Often people on the receiving end of such commnets dont appreciate it, especailly if it strikes a little to close to home.
Personally I support Man City, so I cannot be accused of not having a sense of humour, and ability to ride over the incessant comments

Well actually i am from Manchester and there are alot of manchester united fans who live and have been brought up in manchester people are just jealous because they have such a large fan base.
Northerners have a good sense of humour its just that your question wasnt funny just predictable and OLD!

Us Man.Utd fans certainly do have a sense of humour, we laugh at all those clubs who try and beat us every week, we laugh at teams like Portsmouth and Bolton who really think that they can get into the Champions league HAHAHAHAHA!

In 1976 when soton beat us 1-0 in the fa cup final i attained a sense of humour. when you suggested he enquired about tickets in London that's not up there with the billy Connolly humour i like. that is more a jibe which is now water of a ducks back. I'LL HAVE A QUIET WORD.
