A non disposable douche bag is a thick rubber bulb shaped bag. A person can fill it with a vinigar/water mix. Then screw on the special long cap. This can be rinsed and used for the next use.

Disposable douches are a single use and then throw away the bottle.

There are douche bags that are not disposable. I haven't actually seen one in YEARS, but I remember them from when I was a kid, I did ask what it was, it looked like a shower for my barbies to use!
