Millsberry : How do you spot Sylvie for the yellow belt task?

Could anyone help!! I am at 100% for my classes but still do not know how to spot Sylvie..

1. Buy a camera from the home electronics superstore.

2. Go to Sylvane Lake every day, once every hour that you are on.

3. Sylvie is only on at the top of the hour. You may see her at 10:00 but never at like 10:34 or a random time like that.

And here is some advice from a pro:

Sylvie comes out 3 times a day - morning, afternoon, and evening, for an hour each time, but the times vary from day to day - so there is no way to predict when she'll be out from one day to the next. The one thing we do know is that she comes out in the afternoon exactly 5 hours after she came out in the morning. So if she is out from 8-9 am est, she will be out again from 1-2 pm est (5 hours later). The time interval between the afternoon and evening sightings varies, so we can't predict the evening sighting. The best way to catch her is to check the "Sylvie" subboard located under the "General" board. Someone will usually post when she has been out in the morning, then you can just add 5 hours to that time and you'll know when she will be out that afternoon.

To capture the picture of Sylvie at Sylvane lake there are two steps.

First you must first go to the Home Electronics Superstore and buy a camera. Make sure you leave the camera in your 'holding' area - do not put it in your house.

The second part is not quite as easy - you have to visit Sylvane Lake while Sylvie is out. The only things I can tell you are these:
1. She is out for 1 hour between 7am and 12pm EST every day.
2. She's out again 5 hours after the initial appearance (between 12pm and 5pm).
3. She's also out for 1 hour every evening but that seems to be random - there doesn't seem to be a time pattern for that.
4. When she's out she's always out for an entire hour and it always starts on the 00. So she's not out from 8:11 EST to 9:11 EST, it's always 8:00 EST to 9:00 EST (for example)

When you see Sylvie in the lake click on her and she will give you a gift and you will receive a notification that your task is complete.
