IT happened in Kensal Green round 11am I think. As I live round NW London area I felt the windows shake & then this great big thud of a noise. Sadly one of my work colleagues lived down that road where the tornado struck & all his windows of his house broke. Went pass there yesterday also, was a messy sight I tell u.
Area was sealed off, but I think hopefully by end of this week some sort of normality should return to the street.

I have seen the evening news last night,(7th Dec) and they said there was only one person, who is the member of the public got that injured that he needed to be taken to the hospital.Although nothing major.
I feel sorry for all those families who actually have to leave their homes because of the tornado was demaging. Can you imagine how they feel now that we facing Christmas!Poor things!

All the best:
B.

There was a tornado, 11am, it hurt 6 peoples, but only 1 went to hospital at critical condition, he's ok now, I don't know his name though.

No major injuries though nasty damage to a few houses. There are now reports about looting....as if the people concerned don't have enough to worry about!

Looters anywhere should be shot on sight...they deserve no sympathy.

Six people were treated for injuries, including two head injuries, all minor enough.

Fairy devastating damage in a small area, with two or three houses particularly badly ruined.

I think six people were injured, several families had to stay elsewhere overnight - they have not released names. the story is on the front page of the bbc news site
