Locking your self out of the house with it being freezing cold and snowing outside then realizing you have to now go to the bathroom.

Wearing mismatched shoes! Once I drove all the way to work and when I got out I noticed I had 2 different color shoes. I then called in sick from the parking lot and went back home.
