You would only be talking on the phone in a movie theater if you were RUDE. Come on seriously WHO can not wait the 2 hours for the movie to end to go on there phone if the conversation is that important obviously you shouldn't be at the movies!

No. Free speech means free to speak your beliefs and tell others, where and when appropriate. You cant walk into the police station and tell them they are all going to die because of free speach can you? Of course not youd be breaking like 5 laws, use some common sense.

Free speech means you have the right to say what you want, it doesn't mean you have the right to talk on your cell phone anywhere you want.

Nope. It means that you turn the damned phone off, so you don't interfere with anyone else's right to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness", i.e. watching scary movie 5 at the multiplex.
