i read this book a year or two ago it had nothing to do with latin but in it it said nemo meant no one. so does the disney movie finding nemo really mean finding no one?

I don't think the Disney film has anything to do with "no one".

In Latin, nouns decline so, although the nominative case for "no one" is "nemo", the accusative case, which would be used after the verb "finding", would require you to write "neminem".

Unless, of course, the guys at Disney hadn't studied Latin . . .
