is there a way you can just do it urself?
i cant get a dr appt and cant find one of those sleeve things at the store and dont have the $ for one of the do it yourself things

No, there is no way of taking your blood pressure without a cuff.
You could go someplace like Wal-Mart, K-Mart or a local grocery store and use a public cuff, though those often aren't accurate.
You can find a cuff to purchase in a store for a very reasonable price. If you suspect you have high blood pressure you need to go to a doctor.

You can buy an automatic BP apparatus and do it yourself. I do it myself too.
