Stay motivated. What's worked for me in the past is cutting salt from my diet. By doing this you'll see that you have a lot of excess water weight.

It's a matter of will power. The difficulty derives itself from the notion of "wanting" to eat and "needing" to eat. So often we eat as a comfort mechanism as well as that of nutrition. Coming to grips that our caloric intake requirement is typically far less than the calories we consume is a difficult matter for many of us.
In actuality, with adequate exercise dieting becomes totally unnecessary.

because u re lazy and have no will power. weight loss isn't difficult - just change your life stile and love exercising and eating healthy food. u pay me money for eating pizza i wouldn't do it. it is like a poison to me. also u pay me money not to go to gym - i wouldn't accpet this offer, i love going to gym, it's my life joy and a boost of energy and happinest. so change your attitude towards eating and exercising and it wouldn't be too hard

Boy, I am right there with you. And it gets even harder the older you get. I hate to "diet" but you do have to eat less, and move more!
