I enjoy the blazer/sport coat with blue jean look and I want to purchase a fedora to complete the outfit but I'm unsure of which color I should look for. Any suggestions?

I love ivory and navy blue together (in fact, I am wearing a navy cardigan over an ivory tank right now!). If you want to add an accent color, I think jade or mint green is a sophisticated choice. You could also choose gold, silver, or bronze for more sparkle. Or for something fun and modern, a coral or poppy orange would be a bold move. I mean, navy bridesmaid dresses with gold shoes and a bouquet of red-orange poppies? I die, that would be gorgeous. And your ivory dress would stand out beautifully.

Aside from the classic combination of navy blue and white, there are also a vast array of color options to match the color navy blue.
Try a monochromatic shade with your navy blue! Shades of navy blue, or navy blue with hues of a different color.

yes......white is perfect, but some pple like to wear it with light, orange... yellow. I should prefer a yellow not so deep, but not so much light either.
Remember that you need to keep alive the navy blue.
If you put another dark color , it want be nice.
