The correct term is the one with meeting. " I am looking forward to meeting you" The clause "I am looking forward" requires a present participle. ie the verb form ending in "ing"

The correct grammar is:
"I am looking forward to meeting you."

I meet my friends on Wednesday.
I am meeting my friends on Wednesday.
We are meeting on Wednesday.
They are meeting on Wednesday.

"Am", "are", "was", "is" are the clues. They are forms of the verb "to be". When you see one of these verb forms, think "ing".

For example:

"Am meeting", "are singing", "was eating", "is coming".
