pOPULATION AND BIRTH CONTROL. ONCE WE HAVE DONE THAT THEN WE CAN THINK OF ECONOMIC PROGRES. OUR POPULATION IS TOO MUCH, EVERYBODY IS COMING TO THE BIG CITIES AND CROWDING THE TOWNS AND PUTTING UNNECESARY BURDEN ON THE INFRASTRUCTURE. OUTR POLITICAL ALWAYS AVOIDED PUTTING THIS ON THE AGENDA, AND NEVER ADDRESED THIS ISSUE. HAD THEY DONE THAT INDIA'S PO[PULATION WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS AND ECONOMICALLY WE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF.
