Can anyone share his/her experiences with the massage parlours, slimming centres in Delhi?

I have been reading lots of ads in the daily newspapers appearing prominently about body massages for men, women by men, women, giving phone numbers. I dont know if they r really about massage services or some sexual thing is involved. Being out of shape, I have been thinking about trying any one of them but am afraid of things going wrong, though i am not hesitant in getting massaged by males for my well being, if that is necessary. So i want to know if other ladies or males have anything to share about their experiences (whatever kind of) with me before i go ahead. thanx

For experience ! once u should go. & enjoy!!!!!!! not massage but sex!
