It is a folder where a lot of the default folders for Music, Photos, Videos, etc... go. Check here for more info - http://www.psp411.com/list/guide

.trashes shouldnt be major , i exploit ImToo Mpeg Encoder to remodel my video clips to MP4 and then i positioned the video clips interior the Video folder. or you should use PSP Video Converter 9 , It converts the video clips and it has a move function aswell , that copys them into the MP_Root/100MNV01
