american tv stations show their programmes on the net the day after the've been on tv, but to watch them ye need to live in the u.s.,anyone know how to get round this ?

regular live broadcast is difficult to to copyright. there are some news channels on index sites and tape stuff but no live that i can find...again public domain mostly, but dont knock it as theres some cool old stuff...you can google the index sites but be prepared to wade through public access and college tv.
