I am sure that someone somewhere thinks breathing the wrong way is a sin.I think that a sin is doing things in excessive amounts and doing wrong to others.Beyond that it is all interpretations and personal views as to just how much or how little of the joys of life are considered sinful.Morality and sin are often debatable because one persons sin is another persons pleasure. There is, of course, right and wrong. But I don't see why dancing would fit into anything wrong unless the dance involved sex acts with animals or some other act that did harm to someone.

As an older person who loves to dance and has seen the way other folks, young and old, dance, I wouldn't worry about it at all. Dance is an expression of the music and soul just enjoy it.
By the way I was taught how to dance by a stripper many many years ago and I am now 61.

It really depends on your believes. Some churches say that dancing in general is a sin, as well as playing cards, watching movies etc.
I think that if you fell like you are doing something wrong to yourself or others then it could be a sin.
Talk to your pastor about it.
