Both shows are on winterbreak. Grey's Anatomy returns with new episodes on January 4th. Till then. we're getting reruns. Next week, it's "What I Am". I can't wait till it's Jan. 4th!
Ugly Betty, i'm not sure when it's returning, but i'm guessing it'll be sometime in January. Or maybe January 4th too, since it airs on the same night as Grey's.

There was not a new episode of Grey's Anatomy aired this week, so there's no new episode online. I don't watch Ugly Betty, so I don't know about that one, but since it's the same network, I have a hunch they didn't have a new episode this week either.

I don't watch Ugly Betty, but unfortunately it was a rerun of Grey's Anatomy due to the holidays, but they'll be back in January 2007.

Pretty much all the Fall shows are taking a winter/holiday break until the end of January this gives the networks a chance to re-air the series' and get more people hooked, or to show movies. I'm pretty mad because all my other shows are on a break too. Heroes, Stargate, Battlestar Galactica, The Class, Shark, Jericho...

If you are talking about from lastnight, then there wasnt a new one on lastnight. Other than that, they are all on the website from this season's shows. Good Luck
