Sorry sweetie, if you are in the US (and most other countries) you can't.

You must have reached the age of majority (18) to enter into a contract. Real Estate Agents are bonded and licensed, and those are both contracts that you can't enter into yet.

Sorry to say this BUT BE REALISTIC!!! First you need to finish high school, then maybe college will help.

There is no way you will be an estate agent at 16 yrs old. You need experience, money, and your forgetting by law usually 16 yr olds NEED A WORK PERMIT DEPENDING ON THE STATE.

You can't reasonably do it.
Any contract with a minor can be nulled and voided at the minor's request but not at the request of the adult who enters the contract with the minor.
It would make it difficult for someone purchasing or renting a property to trust that the minor won't change their mind and void an agreement.
