Not fabric softener but definitely other unhealthy stuff. I bought a thick banana shake from mcdonalds yesterday. Ended up having a few sips and then leaving it for about 30 minutes before coming back to it. Believe me when I tell you that no-one who saw that would have bought another. It had all separated out with a foamy bit sitting on top and a thick greasy dark yellow syrupy stuff underneath. No way you get that happening when you make a simple shake with milk and proper ice cream. Yuck.

I don't know about fabric softner in the mcdonald's shakes, but in Chicago, not long after disclosing that its french fries contain more trans fat than thought, McDonald’s Corp. said Monday that wheat and dairy ingredients are used to flavor the popular menu item (fries).
So to answer your question - no.
To offer some friendly advice - avoide fast food as much as possible. Altough it's convieniant and tastes great (I mean gets you addicted).

HAHAHA! No, no fabric softener. They're actually made with low fat shake mix, not that that makes them less fattening. The reason they're called Triple Thick is because there is more syrup in them than there used to be, they're not actually thicker.

No, though at McDonalds both the ice creams and thick shakes have pig fat in the mix.

First of all think about it and answer your own question. Doesn't that sound a little silly to you. I really do not think that you would find fabric softner in any food do you.............

No. May I ask what possesed you to believe such silliness? McDonald's wouldn't be allowed to sell a product that contained fabric softener, the FDA would never approve it!
