Don't worry. Anywhere you have hair you can get ingrown hairs and blemishes. It sucks when they show up on or around your breasts, but it happens to all of us at some point or another... Just exfoliate and if need be, put some anti-blemish cream or medicated cream on the affected area.

dont touch them 'til you find a sure way of getting rid of them for life... maybe some well renowend hair remover. i have the same problem and am extremely hairy. i just have a boyfriend who goes crazy over my hairyness so i dont really care. if you shave or wax it, it will grow back and with much more intensity. also waxing, when faced with ingrown hair will leave more of those blemishes and horrid dark marks.

I get that every now and then. I would recommend exfoliating that part in the shower really well. Also put an anti-acne creme on it, like something with salicylic acid. I use tea tree oil, and I just dip a q-tip in it and dab it on the bumps.

Scrub them well to exfoliate them.
