I dont think there is any problem with our constitution the problem is with our illiterate, arrogant foolish politicians if they are gone you will find a fresh lease of air in the country. All the developed nations are like this today because of the leaders they got that's what we dont have in our country sicne independence since the demise of Mahatma Gandhi

Taking the present condition on what? I know that the people in this world do not understand the rights that were stolen from us in the first place. Right now I live in MI. and we are fighting the government just to get our fishing and hunting rights back. Now, let me ask you this question....How would you like it if some government people told you that you can't fish, hunt or you have to do what they tell ya to do? How would you feel about that? We have been fighting for our rights for many yrs. And we still are not getting very far. A lot of government people think that we are scum of the earth and that we don't deserve our rights back. But who died and made them GOD!
Yes, I may have gone over board a little, but it brings up a lot of bad memories. My grandmother and even my mother when they were young could not even admit they were INDIANS!!! Now how would you feel if you had to grow up knowing that your own parents can't admit their heritage?

its for sure , the constitution is really outdatd specially the reservation policy, whichis dividing the country and is a continous hurdle in the path to development
there should be no caste system , all should be treated at par. eveywhere there should be competative exams and those who clear should ge the job or admission may be of any caste
Any body who is economically poor can be supported my finance but no reservations.
Then only we can compete with the rest ofthe world. otherwise all duffers are going to be cardiac surgeons and judges, who can show the world the Quality of Indians.
All the politicians need to be hanged till death who due to their votebank politics never allow our country to progress.
If this reservaon menace doesnt get over, all real intelligent people will leave this country and only reservaton candidates (duffers) will remain.

Do you not know that they have amended the constitution umpteen times. If that is not change what else is? Now the latest effort is to bring an amendment restricting the supreme court to give any judgement without consulting the speaker of lok sabha.

why to change our constitution wats wrong in it:
if change has to bought in the country is should be ........ change in people and the approach to developments.
we complain on each and everything like govt doesnot provide employment or something else but how many do the following things
1. How many of us vote
2. how many of us have not given bribe
3. how many of us have helped others
4. how many of us questioned any wrongdoers
and if i list the things down its infinite
i think instead of talking about changing others , lets change ourselves

We are not required to change entire constitution, it needs some modification like a person with criminal record can not stand on election, such type of changes are necessary in our constitution. other wise our constitution is great then others.
