I dream just about every night, but VERY rarely do I remember what was going on through my head. Is there anything I can do to remember them come morning?

that's true, and you can also draw pictures of it or write it in a circle or write an idea in a bubble and then draw a line to another bubble, like brainstorming. sometimes that helps people remember details they wouln't otherwise.

You can hire someone to keep record of your dreams oh just joking.

It is called journal writing. First before going to bed say it,
I dream, then I remember dream, do it as much as you can prior to sleep and your subconscious will accept it.

Then whenever you get up try to write even a single part of a dream in the journal after few days you will be perfect.

You'll have to train your brain to wake up right after your dreams
it'll take some times to train your own brain but you can.
you awake right after your dreams and write the things down,
you'll need pen and note book close to you when you go to sleep.
before you go to sleep, you keep think about you will wake up right after dreams and write.
it'll works if you keep doing it.
