We have sex barely once in two weeks. My husband is always tired. But he has this unnatural way of having sex. He has sex with me with clothes on, as if he is masturbating. He ejaculates in his clothes. I do not enjoy this at all. Infact I feel I am not able to excite him the way i should. What do i do?

Sounds like it's him, not you. If he's always been this way, there must be a reason for it that has nothing to do with you..
But you can always give him a strip tease. I believe there are even dance classes that teach pole dancing!
Maybe get dressed up into something naughty and act out a fantasy?
Another idea is get away from the bed!! Get adverturest about it, and do it somewhere naughty, like that beautiful park around the corner.. Of course wait til night falls, you would'nt want to be caught with your pants down... but the prospect of getting caught can be exciting and a real turn on to some.

first and foremost sit down with him as soon as possible, and ask him why this is going on, that it is not natural for this to go on. has he done this always??????? since marriage??? is he hurting phyisically, back ,leg, neck. is it stress, that plays a great part in your sex life, stress, and everyone feels different levels of it, and that could very well cause the problem.

first identify the situation that makes you both to have zex.
Ex. if you have zex after 10 pm,
how do you start sex?
if you come to the bed and later he come to bed and turining off the light and hugging in the dark or managable dark.
This doesnt work out for your problem..
before sex ask him to sit and talk something (about sex is better) and tell him to remove dress and wear only shorts so that this can be remove by the time you start..
or
while having sex tell him that your shirt is hurting my skin or you phants is hurting so please remove. if he still denying to remove dress and having sex with cloths ...mmmmmm
he may be shyer person to be naked so train him to be naked (at least in bed)
when was your marraige and how many kids you have?

Have you tried doing something different? Go to town on setting the mood, and put aside time for it. Wear something completely different, and also talk to him about your needs. Doesn't sound like you are the one with the issues ...
