Happened to my cousin's baby once. We had to chase the pushchair all the way down the hill! Ha! My cousin was crying her eyes out, but I have never seen anything so funny in my life. And yes we did catch it up.
No babies were harmed during the making of this answer.

My dad is still very able.. and not using a wheelchair..... but we had expereince sitting at the top of the hill and look at the wonderful view of our property.... and we talk a lot there!!!! Father and Son bonding!!!
