Im not sure what his name is but he is in a lot of Adam Sandler films (he was Crazy Eyes in one of them- cant remember which one it was!) and he was in Con Air- he was the pervert weirdo one caged up on the plane! He's a fantastic actor! But ugly as sin! Poor guy I bet he's a really nice bloke!
