Air is the mixture of many gases that are present in our Atmosphere...
Wind is the horizontal movement of air which is caused mainly due to the pressure differences between places. For eg. when a place is very hot, then the air there expands and as a result it moves up and creates a relatively lower pressure and to compensate this air from a relatively highly dense area flows into this area and this is what we perceive as wind.....

Air is always there we bread it all the time, when it starts to move, and moves slowly it is considered a breeze, when it picks up more speed it is then wind.
So naturally blowing air is wind. This happens when the barometric pressure drops, and air ruses in from higher pressure else where. Speed of the wind depends on difference in pressure, greater the pressure difference faster the wind.
