I'M UP FOR A JOB INTERVIEW FOR A MANAGEMENT POSITION HERE AT WORK UP AGAINST SEVERAL OTHER COWORKERS WHO I FEEL EITHER DON'T DESERVE THE POSITION, IS IN WITH THE 'CLICK,'OR JUST WANT THE POSITION FOR THE MONEY ONLY.I ,ON THE OTHER HAND HAVE PAID MY DUES WORKING MANY YEARS AND KNOWS MY JOB BEST..ALTHOUGH THEY SAY MANAGEMENT IS A WHOLE NEW CAN OF WORMS, HOW DO I CONVINCE MY INTERVIEWERS THAT I AM THE MAN FOR THE JOB..

In management you'll need to handle stress well, and be able to delegate responsibilities to others within your department. If you can demonstrate an ability to work well with others with respect for everyone, and handle any stresses that might be tossed your way, you could be a shoe-in with your experience on the job so far.
