Three places to try:
1. your college's job placement office. They probably offer help with resumes and cover letters and can proof them for you.
2. A professional service- http://www.resumes-for-teachers.com/cover-letters.htm. I'm not saying you should hire them but they do have some sample cover letters.
3. The American Association for Employment in Education puts out a nice booklet every year with resume information, interview tips, cover letter suggestions, and information about the market for teaching jobs broken down by fields and states. Many colleges buy some copies of this and have them available to students. the organization's website is www.aaee.org
