.
Take a needle pin and insert it inside the small hole present in the CD drive and at the same time press eject button.
If still you could not open the drive, then there may be some problem with the power cable given to the CD drive. Some times if power cable is not fit correctly, CD may not get ejected. Just adjust the power cable, and still if it is not working try changing the power cable.
If still it is not working, then go for a service person.

first try the software,
right click on the drive letter, and click eject.
second, try rebooting, and ejecting the cd before windows loads, just after the computer comes one
thirdly, look for a small round hole at the front of the drive,
( this is if the cd is physically stuck)
some brands have a hole that you can use a straitened paperclip, to edject the tray.
you straiten one, and press firmly, it will unlock it.
if that doesn't work, check the power plug, and make sure its in tight, and or remove the data cable, see if there is some freak hardware problem. ( unlikely, but possible)
you can eject it with the power on, and no data cable. if its that rare problem.
if that doesn't work for you, no matter how tempting, don't try to pry the front, it will only cause the plate to come loose,
you haveto take it apart, and the chances are, the drive won't work again.

This happend to me right this moment i restarted my computing device or became it off and then on and it opened after that. often you will get a flat merchandise like a knife to kinda pry it open. perhaps it have been given kicked. that often works for me, yet right this moment my husband could not even pry it open with a knife we had to re start up the computing device.. Its not broke in case you're able to open your tower and unplug it and plug it back in. does the golf green mild blink once you attempt to open it? looks such as you're able to desire to purchase a lens cleanser disc, do you have little ones around that possibly might have caught something in there... my 2 and 3 three hundred and sixty 5 days old placed a splash first help pkg of anti itch cream in our CD ROM in Jan 08.. we had to take it aside to get it out:)

take a paper clip and straighten it out and try opening the drive manually with the little hole in the front. just push the clip in straight and it should try to force the drive open.
