Yes...you only need some security for the bank.

Why would you want to get a mortgage in the UK? The interest rates are too high there....i would try and get one somewhere in the Euro-Zone..the pound and euro exchange rate is quite stable.

Or you get a mortgage in the US dollars - the dollar becomes worthless and so your debts decrease automatically...just look at the dollar value on yahoo and look at the chart...it has lost 50% of its value the last couple of years.

Your asking quite a lot aren't you, but still, it shouldn't stop you getting in touch with the Bank's and Building societies by e-mail, nothing ventured nothing gained as they say, good luck.
