uttaranchal is better than goa. so stop comparing them.
while uttaranchal is blessedwith matchless, mammoth the himalayas, there are many better beaches in goa in india and around the world. is there anything to match himalayas in this unierse?
on practicle grounds - you require a lot of good infrastructure, that is roads, airports, good toilets around tourist spots which only the government can provide.
about 30 years back no one used to know about goa. but today it is hot. in next 30 years uttaranchal will be hot. wait for that. don't worry.

You will have to become "BHAGIRATH" and bring whole sea water from Goa to Uttaranchal.

i dont think u should compare uttaranchal to goa.
Uttaranchal has its own beauty which goa can never get.

Forget about this nature have given every place and a culture,so Uttranchal have its own beauty and lovely culture and Goa has it's own culture and beach beauty ,so let them be them be there own differences.
