He's quickly leading Sovie... er, Russia back down the road from where it came. His latest spy-capades and talks with North Korea aren't bringing him any good PR from the rest of the world.

As a former communist he is park of the nomenklatura (those communist government officials who stayed in power after the fall of the soviet union, only because no one else in the country had administrative skills...only the communists did) I find Putin to be very shady and two-faced. At one moment he is allied with the U.S. and the next he is dealing weapons to Iran. There is no real tell tale sign as to what is stance is.
