They are super nosey. They always want to look perfect in front of everyone else, even when they are not perfect. Socks with sandals, thats so true. The women all color their hair, and lots of them, even soccer moms, color it crazy colors like bright red or purple, and that is acceptable. They love their cars, and buy a new one every few years, again, so they can look better than they actually are. I see more germans with naturally dark hair, than with blonde hair, and I often seem to be the only one with blue eyes. They are very fit, very very selden do you see an overweight person on the street. They are obsessed with health, they drink special drinks to make your immunity better, and use all kinds of salves and stuff for medicine, so they don't have to actually take a pill (in the US we take pills for everything..). On the otherhand, even though they are obsessed with fitness and eating right, they smoke and drink like crazy. Beer everyday, and everyone can drink, legally starting at 16. On every corner you can buy ciggarettes, and most people smoke.

From my experience, Germans are usually very very righteous. I know or have know about 10 of them fairly well in my life and every one of them have seemed to believe they own the truth and will let you know what you are doing wrong or saying wrong or acting wrong or thinking wrong. They have a very bad reputation in places where they go for vacation and have a special way of being very blunt and quite rude. (just ask anyone that lives in a tourist town that recieves German tourists) I have a couple of Austrian friends that have lived many years in Germany and they have told me that I have no idea how difficult they all can be. To say something positive, I do like the cars that they produce and I enjoy sauerkraut and German sausages! What I am talking about are stereotypes and everyone in the world is unique and different. I believe that there has to be some cool Germans out there. I hope so because I am from German decent;hopefully this has more to do with the culture than genetics :)

I myself am German, and I can tell you a few things about them. Germans are very punctual. They try to have everything perfect and if it Is not they make it perfect. They are very cleanly. Germans have been known for their short tempers and short patience. They will always point out if you are wrong and they will always have proof to back up their accusation. I am 90% German myself. My father is 100%. My other missing 10% is Russian and I get that from my mother. When a German talks many people think they are angry due to their accent. I get this a lot. Germans are very traditional. They tend to be extremely healthy people. I myself am wheelchair dependant due to a spinal for injury. I hope this information helps you somehow.

Germans are very honest, (most of them) they are very true to their feelings towards others; they will show you if they hate your or like you. They become life long friends if they get along with you. They seem to have a fear from strangers;but once they know you they are no longer blunt and cold. I wont talk about the look. the whole world is mixed with different ethnicities and we can't be pure from one origin. if you insist go and take a test; they will tell you your roots. :)
