else for my happiness. Is it true that most relationships between guys and girls are more like a babysitting routine?

If your with the wrong person then yes,it can be a babysitting routine. You should want to develop your own interests just because you want to ,not to impress someone.

I don't know about "baby-sitting routine" but I had four daughter, the pretties in the County, they were asked to stop running for the queen contests every year.

I saw something my wife didn't. We lived on the Canadian/Minnesota border, out in the real woods. I told my girls there was no reason to have to get married. There was nothing a man could do for them, they couldn't do themselves.
This is the way I raised them. They could cut with chain saws as well as a man could. They could ride and break horses with the best of them. And, they could shot the hairs of a flys butt at the age of 14 years old with a rifle or a hand gun.
They were all good cooks and homemakers, they all worked part time jobs well in school. One went on to become a nurse, one a owner of a large beef ranch, one was simply her own woman and one has five kids but happy. They all slap me on the back for the way they were raised and raise their kids the same way. I'm proud.
Why would you want to depend on a man or, for that matter anyone? what wouldn't you want to say maybe to a man and let him come sniffing around? maybe you'd get a better quality man, then you would other wise.

I think when you have to rely or depend on someone else, they have your number and your "it" for life.

Yes you really should get your own interest. The reason why is it's very annoying to be around somebody that has never like something and as soon as your in to it they know how to and everything about it

Yes! you definitely need to find your own interest. This is a good way to spend some me time so you can relax and unwind and just be yourself.

i dont see the babysiting bit i really dont get it.
well seeing as you have to ask then its obvious you need your own hobby, go out with your mates without the man in tow, its fun and you dont get on easch others nerves nearly as much.
