you need 400 liter capacity.... solar water heater...
Tata BP solar is good make,... I'm using it..

Sleep in one small room under one canvas.
No solar heater is suitable for heating such a large apartment. It will be highly un-economical being too costly.
Try some other energy source like gas, steam or electrical heaters.
