Not always. My Treo 650 had HORRIBLE voice quality! The best thing to do is to go into a store with sample phones and use them to call a friend (or have someone go to the store and call you using the models you're interested in)

No necessory, you have misconception sir. Voice qulity is depend on the manufaturers currently sony ericssons walkman series phones & nokias N73 & nokia 6233 have good voice quality.U dont get PPC with good sound quality.
