Greatest city in the world? According to the International Tourism Association, it's Victoria BC Canada. I've been there and I have to agree, it's either there, or Barcelona. Greatest in the USA? I love New York, but I think LA is still my lady.

For the world, I can not say. For the USA, well it is not a city, so much as an area. I love and lived in Orange County (California) all my life. Have been most places in the USA and no where else I found comes close. It gets my vote.

notice to all New Yorkers - get out of town and see the rest of the world. That smell is just Jersey it goes away after you get 90 miles to the west.
