is this normal at age 30?

I need 10 hrs to be at my best, always have done. With kids it doesn't happen though so I have to rely on a good, hot, power shower to blast out the cobwebs.

oh yeah, and i'm 34

No anybody needs 10 -12 hours sleep per night.The sleep required depends on the age and lifestyle of a person. Most people slept less than 4.5 hours and this causes health problems.The best survival was found among those who slept about eight hours a night.I found the information at:

I don't know about need, but I sure as hell sleep up to 10 hours a night regularly
There is a theory about " the more you sleep. the more you will sleep", but I like my kip and that's a fact.
Its not unknown for me to sleep for 12 hours at a stretch

I need about 9-10 any less and i feel groggy, and tired all day. i am 21.
