Leave a note on his car! Or have it towed!

More info needed. Work? Home? Anyhow at this hour I wouls assume home.

You don't want crap coming back at you if you do anything as small as leaving a note telling what an A$$hole he is. Talk to mgmt first to see what they can/would/might do.

If it continues, leave him
a note telling him off in very colorful terms. The time after that, have his crap towed (but I'll bet any respectable tow company would require documentation....sucks!!!!).

Last ditch: Learn his work schedule and park behind him on a day you know he has to leave way before you.....self explanitory. (I hope his car isn't a hooptie 4x4 with railroad ties for bumpers and you are in a new BMW or something!!)

How about "blocking his/hers auto" with your car.
Then when they come to find you because they wish to leave, you then can explain peacefully to them that this parking spot is not public?

put something sharp (really sharp) underneath the tire. He will get a flat as soon as the car moves.

But think about it: what if it was a really hot babe who parked at your spot?
