-4x-2((2-2x)/-4)=10
multiply both sides by 4 to get rid of fraction
-16x -8 (-2+2x) = 40
16x -16 +16x = 40
32x = 56
x = 7/4

Divide both sides by -4x-2
then you have... (2-2x)/-4 = 10/-4x-2
