Do you get sleepy right after lunch? or maybe an hour or two later? You may want to consider food allergies, esp if you have problems with major acne.

Exercise will help some with waking you back up, but if you're sleepy from an allergic reaction, when you're done exercising you'll feel even more like having naptime.

Try taking a 20 minute power nap.

chill..ur not alone..i get sleepy too and the best way is juz to have a short nap, mayb 2 hrs at max so tat u'd still b able to sleep at nite. ur brain is tired after working half the day in school. i am even sleepy during classes..not bcuz of not enuf sleep but bcuz i get bored..chemistry bores me the most..followed by english n after the class ends i'm wide awake again..haha

no... u need to think of something u can do in the afternoon and keep tat as a habit then u wont feel sleepy in the noon...like study o smth like tat.... but at night u need to have enough sleep so that u wont feel sleepy in the noon

Regular exercise can energized you during those "down times" but maybe you do need a nap because you are not getting enough sleep.

yes your adrenalin is pumping an makes you less tired. try to take a bike ride or a walk after school. it will make you a lot healthier and unwind from a long day at school have a healthy snack an then start homework

If u cut down ur cereal food for lunch and substitute it with fresh fruits and vegetables. U will not feel drowsy if follow this regime.
