I got infected with this when I stupidly clicked on a bogus MySpace page.
I did a System Restore the same day and it's gone. Thank goodness.
So if you know when you got it, and you can restore to an earlier point; do that.
Just keep in mind any other new programs you downloaded/installed after your chosen restore point will also go away & need to be reinstalled.

Get the program "Spybot Search & Destroy" it is free. Update it and imunize your computer with it. Then use it to scan your computer. If that does not work, reboot your computer into safemode by pressing F8 at startup and choosing safemode then scan with Spybod Search & Destroy again.
