Plasma tv over fire place insert.. any problems?

Like to add a gas fire insert.. I have a plasma tv over my fireplace.. will the heat be a issue?

i have a plasma tv mounted over my wood-burning fireplace and havent had any problems. however, i do have a large mantle that projects out 1 foot from the wall, so it blocks any upward flow of heat to the tv.

The heat should go up the flue or out into the room. Make sure the mounting of the TV is tight.
Have pro install your gas log.
