I am finding it hard to sleep at night because when I lie down to sleep, my baby pushes on my lungs and I get short of breath. Other than sleeping completely upright any thoughts?

With your problem you don't have too much time before you will deliver so you are just going to have to deal with it until then. It's a part of pregnancy. I found that sleeping on my side and kind of stretched backwards made it a little easier. Good luck.

you can try stretching or poking at your baby in hopes to get he to settle down or change position, but really i think you are going to have to tough it out. hopefully you are almost full term, and it wont be for much longer. also, once your baby drops you breathing will get a lot easier. just another symptom of pregnancy we have a deal with... luckily your baby will be worth every quick gasp for air!

Sit with back rest and stretch your legs. That will be very comfortable for sleep also.
