it's called "rhyme" for rogue and vogue, and "almost rhyme" for bogus and bonus. Two words that are spelled differently but sound the same are "homophones" (homo=same, phone=sound) and two words that are spelled the same but pronounced differently are called homonyms (nym = name)

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for.
There are many words in English having this characteristic.
As an example, take the word BEAR.

As a NOUN it means an animal.

As a VERB it has many meanings.

1. To bring forth from the womb

2. To put up with (something painful or difficult)

3. To have a relation or connection

4. to go on a specified course or in a certain direction

5. To hold up or serve as a foundation for

6. To keep in one's mind or heart

7. To manage the actions of (oneself) in a particular way

8. To support and take from one place to another

9. To take to or upon oneself

10. To wear or have on one's person
