I have 2 questions.

(1) which bank in india provides the best customer service for home loan ?

(2) could you please tell the home loan interest rate (fixed rate) of HDFC and ICICI bank ?

And finally , let me know the the name of the bank which provides the best customer service after taking a loan.

there has been a lot of bashing on ICICI customer service on home loan.

I am not looking for the low interest rate .
I am ready to pay more provided if i get the best service from them.

I'll not go for public sector bank or organization , they are very poor in terms of service.

I am looking at private sector banks who has the 24x7 customer service cell active.

home loan interest rates the HDFC and ICICI bank are 9.25% or 9.50%
According these are more that the public sector bank u should take the loan from the SBI which has a reasonable intrest rate.

In the current mortgage market, now is not the time to shop. I normally would recommend talking to three brokers and compare. Right now lenders are dropping programs left and right so with less options there are less choices. Also the fed didn't lower the prime rate today so rates are going to get worse. I recommend going to a broker you know personally ad lock your loan as soon as possible. Mortgageman you need to sign up with more lenders I can get 6.5% with no points
